Samsung’s new foldable and wearable devices go on sale worldwide

 

Samsung’s new foldable smartphones and wearables have gone on sale worldwide since today. The Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3, and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are now available to purchase in most countries around the world, with the pre-order period ending yesterday. The Galaxy Ring is still only available in a handful of countries.



All new devices come with Galaxy AI-powered features.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 feature brighter displays, faster processors, and new Galaxy AI features. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a 50MP main camera and a larger battery. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 has wider, shorter displays and a thinner, lighter body. Their prices are listed below.

The Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro feature a new stem design that helps improve voice call quality and offers better controls. Both new wireless earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.4 (with LE Audio and Auracast), a higher-quality SSC UHQ audio codec, improved audio drivers, enhanced ANC, and a custom EQ.


The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro feature a dual-speaker setup with a planar tweeter and dual amplifiers. They also feature ear tips for more effective noise isolation and active noise reduction.


The two new wireless headphones are sold in silver and white.

Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra


The Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra feature more accurate heart rate and exercise tracking, a more powerful Exynos processor, and dual-frequency GPS. The new smartwatches run One UI 6 Watch software based on Wear OS 5. They also feature Galaxy AI for personalized health advice and suggested responses.


The Galaxy Watch 7 comes in 40mm and 44mm sizes and in Bluetooth-only and LTE variants. The Galaxy Watch Ultra comes in a single variant with a 47mm case and LTE connectivity.

The Galaxy Ring is Samsung’s first smart ring that tracks heart rate, sleep, and workouts. It can last 6-7 days on a single charge and can be charged using a stand with a USB Type-C port. It costs €449 in Europe and $399 in the US.


It is sold in three colors: titanium black, titanium gold and titanium silver.
